How often do you run between Spain and Romania?
Fixed Mon/Wed/Fri departures (3x/week) in both directions. This is our flagship corridor — we've been running it since 2010, with 15+ years of dedicated capacity. Barcelona → Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest, Timișoara every Mon/Wed/Fri; smaller cities (Iași, Constanța, Sibiu, Brașov) on 2–3 day consolidation cycles.
Do you have offices in both Spain and Romania?
Yes. Castellar del Vallès (Barcelona) handles the Spanish side — dispatch, export docs, ADR, customer service in Spanish. Cluj-Napoca handles the Romanian side — local dispatch, customer service in Romanian, last-mile distribution to Bucharest and secondary cities. Both offices are full operations, not just addresses.
Do you speak Romanian at dispatch?
Yes — our team is bilingual Spanish and Romanian. Call or email in either language; we route to the right dispatcher based on the language of your request. For UK-based Romanian shippers, English works too.
What are transit times across Romania?
Barcelona to Bucharest: 5-6 days for full truckload, 5-7 days for LTL door-to-door. Barcelona to Cluj-Napoca: 5-6 days for full truckload, 5-7 days for LTL. Barcelona to Timișoara: 5-6 days for full truckload, 5-7 days for LTL. Madrid adds 24h. Returns Romania → Barcelona run the same transit.
Do I need customs paperwork for Spain → Romania?
No — Romania joined the EU in 2007 and is in the single market, so no customs clearance, no duty, no EORI filing. Just CMR, commercial invoice, and packing list. We prepare the CMR; you provide the commercial invoice and packing list. Romania is however outside Schengen for road freight as of 2026, so transit through Hungary may include a quick ID check at the Nădlac border.

You can get an instant indicative figure and a binding written quote from our online quote calculator — LTL groupage starts from a single pallet.
