Frequently asked questions
How quickly do you return a written quote?
The online calculator shows an indicative estimate on screen straight away. The written quote — checked by a dispatcher — is typically returned within 15–20 minutes during business hours and is valid for 24 hours. ADR loads, customs-managed UK/CH corridors, or requests with unusual constraints may take longer while we confirm specifics.
What documents do I need to provide for an RFQ?
For a standard intra-EU quote we need: origin and destination postcodes, pallet count, weight, loading meters (if non-standard), ready date and preferred Incoterm. For UK or Switzerland shipments, add HS codes, consignee EORI and any preferential-origin documents.
Is there a minimum shipment size?
No hard minimum. Our groupage (LTL) network accepts shipments from one pallet upward on scheduled lanes. For very small consignments below one pallet, contact us and we'll confirm whether your load fits the next available departure. Our online estimator calculates from 2 loading metres up; below that, ask us and we'll quote it.
Do you handle customs for UK and Switzerland shipments?
Yes. We prepare the Spanish export declaration through a licensed customs broker and coordinate destination import through our licensed broker networks in the UK and Switzerland. Customs clearance runs in parallel with transit so it doesn't add days to delivery.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard payment terms are agreed on a client-by-client basis. We invoice per the Incoterm and terms confirmed in your booking. For new clients, terms are set during the onboarding process — reach out and we'll discuss what fits your volume.
Is the quote binding?
The written quote is a fixed-price offer: the rate and conditions we send are held for the 24-hour validity window, with no hidden surcharges, as long as the cargo details you gave us — weight, dimensions, pallet count, commodity, Incoterm and pickup/delivery points — are confirmed at booking. If those details change, we re-quote before you commit; we never add costs after the fact without your agreement.
