Purpose

The website is freely accessible and provides information about the road freight services SAVA offers. It includes forms for quote requests, contact, resource subscription and job applications, as well as indicative calculation tools. No registration or access credentials are required.

Information is indicative

Prices, transit times, driving restrictions and any other published information are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. The conditions applicable to each service are those agreed in writing in each case.

Information on transport, customs or tax regulation is provided for information purposes only, does not constitute professional advice and does not replace consulting the official sources applicable at any given time.

Enquiries and commercial conditions

The forms are intended for freight enquiries from direct business clients. Sending an enquiry or receiving its automated acknowledgement does not reserve capacity or conclude a carriage contract. Service, price, dates and conditions require review and written confirmation.

Groupage has a minimum billed load of 2 LDM except Romania, where it is 0.4 LDM; lighter pallets are accepted at the applicable minimum charge. Special cargo needs manual review and temperature-controlled freight is excluded. Advertised Monday and Friday departures require confirmation for each service.

Twice per calendar month or monthly invoicing is agreed in writing. A 2% discount for payment within 3 days of the invoice date applies only under the written proposal conditions. These options do not themselves grant credit or set payment due dates.

Requesting a quote does not require consent to advertising or optional cookies. Cookie choices and subscriptions to commercial communications are separate.

Terms of use

The user undertakes to use the website diligently and not to carry out activities that compromise its security or availability. Data submitted through the forms must be accurate and up to date, and the user is responsible for it.

Intellectual and industrial property

The website's contents, trademarks, logos and developments belong to SAVA or to third parties that have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual- and industrial-property law. No exploitation right is granted beyond what is strictly necessary to use the site.

Liability

SAVA is not liable for interruptions, errors or damage arising from improper use of the website or from causes beyond its control. The site may contain links to third-party pages; SAVA is not responsible for their content or their policies.

Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available at all times and forming an integral part of this legal notice.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish and European Union law. For any matters concerning its interpretation or application, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under the law.
