Do you offer cold-chain (2–8°C)?
No — our pharma service is ambient road freight, which is what most finished product ships on. Anything needing actively controlled or monitored temperature should go to GDP-licensed reefer specialists; we can refer you.
Are your trailers GDP-compliant?
Our operations are GDP-aware: clean, dry trailers, documented chain of custody, and segregated loads when required. We do not hold a GDP wholesale distribution authorisation — that's for distributors, not carriers.
Can you ship ADR-classified pharma intermediates?
Yes — ADR Classes 2–9 for pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates. DGD prepared in-house based on your SDS.
Do you handle controlled substances?
No — narcotics and controlled substances require a specific licence we do not hold. Non-controlled pharmaceutical freight only.
