Chemical logistics from Spain
Spain hosts major chemical production clusters in Tarragona, Huelva, and the Basque Country. We transport classified and non-classified chemical freight across Europe with full ADR Class 2–9 capability on scheduled LTL and dedicated lanes.
Why this sector ships with us
Spain's petrochemical corridor — anchored by the Tarragona refinery complex and Repsol, BASF, Dow, and Ercros production sites — generates constant outbound flow of classified chemical freight. Most of it falls under ADR Classes 3, 6.1, 8, and 9 and needs carriers with certified drivers, compliant tanker or curtainsider equipment, and proper Dangerous Goods Documents (DGD) prepared at origin.
Our ADR capability covers Classes 2–9 in-house. DGD is prepared by our operations team in Castellar del Vallès — not subcontracted. For non-classified chemicals (cosmetic raw materials, cleaning agents, industrial solvents below ADR thresholds), our standard LTL groupage applies with no surcharge.
The corridors that matter for chemicals — Spain→Germany (BASF Ludwigshafen, Leverkusen), Spain→France (Lyon chemical valley, Marseille Fos), Spain→Italy (Milan chemical district), Spain→Belgium (Antwerp petrochemical cluster) — are in our regular rotation.

Frequently asked
Which ADR classes do you handle?
Classes 2 through 9. Class 1 (explosives) and Class 7 (radioactive) are excluded. Most chemical freight from Spain falls under Classes 3, 6.1, 8, and 9.
Who prepares the DGD?
Our operations team in Castellar del Vallès prepares the Dangerous Goods Document based on your SDS (Safety Data Sheet). We need the SDS before booking.
Can non-classified chemicals go on standard LTL?
Yes — if the product is below ADR thresholds or exempt, it moves on our regular groupage schedule at standard rates with no ADR surcharge.
Do you handle tank containers?
No — we transport palletized drums, IBCs, and packaged chemical goods on curtainsider or box trailers. Bulk liquid tankers are not in our fleet.
