When are trucks banned from driving in Hungary?

Hungary closes the weekend from Saturday evening: trucks over 7.5 t cannot drive from 22:00 on Saturday until 22:00 on Sunday, or from 22:00 on the day before a public holiday until 22:00 on the holiday. From 1 July to 31 August the Saturday start moves forward to 15:00. The rule is Government Decree 190/2008, and it matters on the road from Spain to Romania, which crosses Hungary before the Romanian border.
