Frequently asked questions
How quickly do you return a written quote?
For standard eligible loads, the calculator shows an indicative estimate immediately. Our team reviews the details and confirms feasibility, price and timing in a written proposal. Special requirements need individual review.
What documents do I need to provide for an RFQ?
For a standard intra-EU quote we need: origin and destination postcodes, pallet count, weight, loading meters (if non-standard), ready date and preferred Incoterm. For UK or Switzerland shipments, add HS codes, consignee EORI and any preferential-origin documents.
Is there a minimum shipment size?
2 LDM billed, or 0.4 LDM for Romania; pallets below 500 kg are accepted with the applicable minimum charge. By agreement, invoicing is twice per calendar month or monthly. A 2% early-payment discount applies when paid no later than 3 days from the invoice date, under the conditions confirmed in the written proposal.
Do you handle customs for UK and Switzerland shipments?
Yes. We arrange the Spanish export declaration through a licensed customs broker and coordinate destination import with authorised brokers in the UK and Switzerland. Preparing documents in advance helps coordination, but customs checks and outstanding documentation can affect delivery time.
What payment terms do you offer?
By agreement, invoicing is twice per calendar month or monthly. A 2% early-payment discount applies when paid no later than 3 days from the invoice date, under the conditions confirmed in the written proposal. Invoicing frequency does not automatically grant credit.
Is the quote binding?
The written quote is a fixed-price offer: the rate and conditions we send are held for the 24-hour validity window, with no hidden surcharges, as long as the cargo details you gave us — weight, dimensions, pallet count, commodity, Incoterm and pickup/delivery points — are confirmed at booking. If those details change, we re-quote before you commit; we never add costs after the fact without your agreement.
