How our 24-hour written quote works
Our quote flow is intentionally simple: indicative pricing in 60 seconds online, firm written quote from our dispatch team within 24 business hours. Here's what each step actually does.

Step 1: indicative pricing online
Our /budget page gives you an indicative price in seconds. You enter the first two digits of origin and destination postcodes, linear meters / weight / volume, and whether the goods are ADR.
The output is an indicative figure — not a firm quote. It's based on our standard rate table for the corridor. Final pricing depends on specifics (exact pickup location, time window, whether the goods consolidate with others on the departure) that we confirm after review.
Step 2: you submit details for a written quote
If the indicative figure works for you, submit your email and dispatch reviews the load. For most lanes, you get a firm written quote back within 24 business hours — often much faster.
If we can't hit 24 hours on a complex lane (unusual ADR, oversized, multi-stop), we tell you up front rather than miss the commitment.
What the written quote includes
Firm price for the stated parameters (pickup, delivery, dimensions, weight, ADR class if applicable).
Transit time commitment with departure window.
What's included (CMR, standard insurance to CMR limits, base handling).
What's excluded or surcharged (tail-lift delivery, waiting time at pickup, additional insurance, specific demurrage).
What happens after you accept
A named dispatcher takes the file. You get their direct phone and email — not a generic inbox.
Pickup confirmation 24–48 hours before collection. GPS tracking active from pickup to delivery.
Proof of delivery returned electronically; closed customs file if applicable (UK, CH).
